Villa-Search.com has contact with a large number of estate agents, builders and developers in the area. This means that you, the customer, don't have to trawl umpteen websites, or indeed once you are here visit numerous agents or builders, you simply tell us EXACTLY what you are looking for and we will find it for you AT NO ADDITIONAL COST (our commission comes directly from the agent, not you). We will then e-mail you details of properties that fit the bill.
Furthermore, to make life even easier for you, when you decide that you would like to visit the area and view these properties, we can organize car hire or airport pick-up and accommodation in either a villa/ apartment, or in one of the many hotels in the area to suit all budgets. When (not if!) we have found the right property for you, we can introduce you to banks offering the best interest rates, or introduce you to local solicitors for the best legal assistance, plus any local traders you may need the services of.
With our experience of both buying and selling property, we can advise you on all aspects of property ownership here and since both Jason and Shelley speak Spanish fluently, there is no need to worry about communication locally.
