It is probably worth pointing out that since property prices have seen a steady growth in this area in recent years, the cost of a 3 bedroomed villa will start at around GBP 200,000 and a 2 bed apartment from GBP 120,000 (obviously depending on LOCATION!  LOCATION!  LOCATION! AND CONDITION). However, this is not set in stone and we have many other areas inland where some great bargains, can be found.
