Villa Search Service in Spain
Villa-Search.com was started by 2 families, David and Sherry Dennis and Jason and Shelley Maclachlan. Between them, they have over 15 years experience of living and working in Spain. The Dennis' moved to Javea with their 2 boys, having lived in Asia for some years. They now own several properties in the area, which have enjoyed a steady increase in value. The boys have been attending The Lady Elizabeth School, one of the two British International Schools in the area (see links on home page).Jason and Shelley, although born in the UK, have lived in the area most of their adult lives. Having finished their education in Spain they have grown to understand the Spanish way of life.
They also own property here and Jason runs a well established and successful estate agency. In fact the Dennis' met the Maclachlans when they were looking to buy an apartment as an investment.
David and Jason have been working together for some time now in the real estate business and with the benefit of that experience and their own experiences when initially buying their properties here, feel there is a real need for a different kind of approach and here it is:-.
